Tariffs

RATE VALIDITY     : APRIL 2025

TERMS & CONDITIONS –TRIPS FROM RAK:

HEAVY

1. Detention charges of AED 100 per hour are applicable for delays beyond normal working hours (4 hours loading/offloading). Trailer detention will be AED 500 per day.
2. Overnight detention will be an additional trip charge.
3. Charges applicable for Return shipments are AS PER RETURN TRIP TARIFF.
4. POC details, cut-off time for delivery and the location map of the Loading & Offloading point should be communicated prior to 48 hours of the actual delivery. THE TRUCK WILL BE PLACED ON THE REQUESTED DATE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
5. 25% of the trip charges in addition, will be levied on normal trip charges for work on Fridays and Public holidays.
6. Inspection waiting charges will be AED 75
7. Any special permits for entry will be provided by the client.
8. VAT if applicable is additional.
9. Genset, e-token, VGM and all customs related charges, will be as per actual receipts.
10. Toll charges are applicable to Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah and are chargeable as per actual receipts.
11. Cancellation after placement is 50% of the trip charge.

LIGHT:

1. For every additional point of delivery added to a single delivery schedule, a drop charge of AED 150 will be applied per drop. Maximum grace period allowed per drop for offloading is 1 hour.
2. Trip charges are applicable for deliveries to different emirates.
3. For any single trip, maximum time allowed for loading / offloading is 4 hours (2 hours for loading and 2 hours Offloading). Beyond that detention charges of AED 50 per hour are applicable for waiting.
4. Charges applicable for Return shipments IS AS PER RETURN TRIP TARIFF.
5. Work during Fridays and public holidays will chargeable – Overtime AED 30 per hour per driver and per helper.
6. During the month of Ramadan, duty hours will be 06 hours as per law. Overtime will be applicable for work beyond 06 hours and chargeable at normal overtime rates (AED 20 per hour per driver / helper)
7. All overnight detention will be considered as an extra Trip and will be charged accordingly.
8. Cancellation Charges are chargeable as follows:
   1. If trip cancelled after truck placing, then the charge applicable is 50% of the rate for that shipment
   2. In case the truck was already positioned and shipment/pallet is also loaded but still cancelled due to some issues, then 50% trip charge will be applicable in full.
9. VAT, if applicable is additional.
10. Toll charges are applicable to Sharjah and Ras Al Khaima and are chargeable as per actual receipts.
11. Inspection charges will be additional and chargeable at AED 75 per inspection.
12. POC details, cut-off time for delivery and the location map of the Loading & Offloading point should be communicated prior to 24 hours of the actual delivery. THE TRUCK WILL BE PLACED ON THE REQUESTED DATE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.

TERMS & CONDITIONS – RETURN TRIPS:

GENERAL:

1. Rates provided are based on Return Trip model. The truck placement is subject to availability. The Tentative time for placement of each truck type is as follows:

*PLEASE NOTE: Above Mentioned time should not be considered as a fixed time for placement as actual placement is based on the availability of the truck*

2. POC details, cut-off time for delivery and the location map of the Loading & Offloading point should be communicated prior to 24 hours of the actual delivery.
3. Inspection waiting charges will be AED 75
4. Any special permits for entry will be provided by the client.
5. Toll/VAT if applicable is additional and not inclusive of the rate.
6. Rates provided are applicable for movements on normal working days only. Work on Weekends/Public/Pvt. Sector holidays are not applicable.

HEAVY

12. For FCL/LCL Cargo: Trailer detention will be AED 500 per day. Trailer cannot be disconnected from unit.
13. Rates quoted are for loose/palletized cargo delivery and not for container movement.

LIGHT:

13. For any single trip, maximum time allowed for loading / offloading is 2 hours (1 hour for loading and 1 hour Offloading). Beyond that detention charges of AED 50 per hour are applicable for waiting.

All overnight detention will be considered as an extra Trip and will be charged accordingly
