RATE VALIDITY : MAY 2026

TERMS & CONDITIONS – RETURN TRIPS:

Rates provided are based on Return Trip model. The truck placement is subject to availability.
POC details, cut-off time for delivery and the location map of the Loading & Offloading point should be communicated prior to 24 hours of the actual delivery for confirmed placements. Same Day placements will be subject to availability of trucks in the zones.
Any special permits for entry will be provided by the client.
Toll/VAT if applicable is additional and not inclusive of the rate.
All overnight detention will be considered as an extra Trip and will be charged accordingly.

Rates provided excluding Token, VGM & other related MECRC, Washing charges at actual receipt

Detention charges of AED 100 per hour are applicable for delays beyond normal working hours (4 hours loading/offloading). Trailer detention will be AED 500 per day.
Overnight detention will be an additional trip charge.
Charges applicable for Return shipments are AS PER RETURN TRIP TARIFF.
POC details, cut-off time for delivery and the location map of the Loading & Offloading point should be communicated prior to 24 hours of the actual delivery. THE TRUCK WILL BE PLACED ON THE REQUESTED DATE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
25% of the trip charges in addition, will be levied on normal trip charges for work on Fridays and Public holidays.
Inspection waiting charges will be AED 75
Any special permits for entry will be provided by the client.
VAT if applicable is additional.
Cancellation after placement is 50% of the trip charge.
RAK Toll is exempt for movements from Saqr Port. Toll charges are applicable to Sharjah and are chargeable as per actual receipts.
